Chabad-Lubavitch moved to Luxembourg in autumn 2005. It is headed by Rabbi Mendel Edelman and his wife Rochel.
Chabad Lubavitch of Luxembourg is a non-profit organization and is registered so in Luxembourg trade.
It aims to be attentive to each and provide assistance to all without distinction, regardless of lifestyle or beliefs. Classes, conferences, lectures, Jewish education, sports, help in the practice of Judaism, social assistance to the needy, support in everything related to Jewish life, along with involvement of the community in all of its deed: this is what is today, the action of Chabad-Lubavitch in Luxembourg.
In the summer of 2013 Chabad Lubavitch is located in 1326 cities in 81 countries.
